Yes, but education in general would be much better off without CMTs and No Child Left Behind, which actually get in the way of fostering a love of learning and creativity. We're too tied up in bureaucracy and paperwork for teachers to have the chance to love what they do and pass that on to the children, and children are too busy filling in 'bubbles' on tests to realize that learning can be spontaneous, creative and fun.
