Garry Brumback, Southington's incoming town manager, sits with John Weichsel, the town's first town manager who is retiring after 44 years, at Thursday night's State of the Town program sponsored by the Greater Southington Chamber of Commerce and held at the Manor Inn. Brumback, who moved to town this week with his wife from Texas, will officially start Jan. 31.
