This mosaic was dedicated this morning, Oct. 27, at the Southington Care Center. It was designed and created by Southington artist Mary DeCroce with the help of dozens of residents, staff, family members and friends. Many of the residents can point out the pieces they placed into the design. The mosaic, which is based on the logo for Planetree - the model for patient-centered care - hangs in the lobby of the center at 45 Meriden Ave.
