John F. Kennedy Middle School Principal Angelo Campagnano plays the game “Plinko” during the school’s Fourth Annual Probability Fair held on April 8 and 9 in the school's gymnasium. The game was created by students Brooke Cochrane, Marisa Caruso, Rachel Flodquist and Megan Ritchie. All seventh-grade students were required to produce a game of probability and complete a detailed report as a performance task in the Connected Mathematics Program. Through the guidance of math teachers Amy Perry, Elizabeth Sterner and Barbara Jarosz, the fair was a big hit with the students, school officials said.
