Foodshare grant helps Southington's needy

Thanks to the generous underwriting support of Community Foundation of Greater New Britain, Foodshare has made a grant of $5,000 to the Salvation Army/Southington Community Services from its Partnership Fund. This grant will be used to pay for a temporary hire and materials to create a manual, welcome packet and welcome class for food pantry volunteers.
