In honor of Louis Cello’s 100th birthday, a party was held Aug. 10 at Avanti Restaurant in South Meriden. The celebration was given by his daughters, Southington resident Lois Cello Grimaldi, Joann Cello Mongillo and Carolyn Cello, of Meriden. The party was attended by 75 people including his five grandchildren, Steven, Lisa, Lyn, Chris and Paul, and his 9 great grandchildren, Jenna, Christopher, Alexandra, Kristen, Zachary, Rachel, Sarah, Jacob and Zachary.
