Police seek woman

Southington Police are in possession of an arrest warrant for Charlene Holmes, 49, who was photographed by a bank camera. Her last known address was 31 Evergreen Ave A5, Hartford. It is alleged that Holmes and another woman Twonne Spruill, had stolen and cashed checks from an elderly women that was in Spruill's care in June, according to police. Holmes is wanted for violation of Connecticut General Statutes, 53a-139; forgery second degree, conspiracy to forgery second degree, 53a-125a; larceny fifth degree, 53a-48/53a-125a; conspiracy to larceny fifth degree, and 53a-48/53a-125b; and conspiracy to commit larceny sixth degree. Twonne Spruill, 36, of Hartford, was arrested on July 27 and charged with conspiracy, forgery and larceny violations. Her court date was July 27 and she was held on a $12,500 bond.
