Former Southington baseball player Sal Romano, in shirt and tie, sat down with Reds scout Lee Seras, in black, along with many family and friends at his home, dressed in Reds shirts that they made themselves the night before, as they watched Romano's Major League Baseball dream come true as he signed a professional contract to play with the Cincinnati Reds, who drafted him back in June out of Southington High School.
