Elizabeth A. Homnack

Elizabeth (Arszyla) Homnack, 94, of Lazy Lane, Southington, died Saturday, March 29, 2008 at The Summit at Plantsville. She was the wife of the late Andrew Homnack.

Born April 25, 1913, in New Britain, to the late Francis and Albina (Kraszewski) Arszyla, she had been a lifelong Southington resident. She was a communicant of Immaculate Conception Church and a member of the Immaculata Women's Club.

She leaves behind her son, John Homnack, of Southington; and three sisters, Mary Arszyla and Ann Arszyla, both of Southington, and Monica Carrol, of California. She was predeceased by two brothers, Dominic Arszyla and Kazmier Arszyla, and a sister, Martha Boga.

Services were held April 2 at Immaculate Conception Church, Southington. Burial followed in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Southington.

Arrangements were under the direction of Plantsville Memorial Funeral Home.
