Mary Malachowski

Mary (Magnesi) Malachowski, 84, of Southington, died Sunday, March 30, 2008, at the Hospital of Central Connecticut, at Bradley Memorial, Southington. She was the wife of the late Morris Malachowski .

She was born Sept. 26, 1923, in New Britain, the daughter of the late Vito and Assunta Magnesi. She was retired from Fafnir Bearing after 40 years of service.

She is survived by two sons, William Morrison and his wife, Karen, of Plainville, and Gary Malachowski, of Florida; six grandchildren, Jason Malachowski and wife, Marlene, Justin Malachowski and wife, Brenda, Patricia Malachowski, Kim Mazzini and her husband, Joseph, Michelle Levins and her husband Geffrey, and William Morrison; 13 great-grandchildren, Cristian, Gabriella, Madaline, Shane, Carson, Megan, Lauren, Kristen, Geffrey, Connor, Ethan, Elijah and Izaiah.

Services were held April 3 at St. Dominic Church, Southington. Burial was in Oak Hill cemetery, Southington. DellaVecchia Funeral Home, Southington, was in charge of arrangements.
