No political letters regarding candidates will be published in the Friday, Aug. 6 issue of The Southington Citizen before primary day on Tuesday, Aug. 10. Letters offering rides to the polls or urging citizens to vote will be accepted. Deadline is 5 p.m. Monday. They can be e-mailed to news@southingtoncitizen.com, faxed to (860) 621-3660 or "snail-mailed" to The Southington Citizen, 40 N. Main St., Southington, CT 06489.
