Police are searching for a missing 52-year-old woman with a medical condition who disappeared Saturday.

Carmel Durso was last seen driving her gray 4-door Acura RL driving westbound on Woodruff Street near Memorial Park Saturday at around 2:45 p.m., according to police.
Durso's Exxon Mobile SpeedPass was used at a gas station in Oakville around 7:50 p.m. Saturday night.
She is described as light skinned, 4 feet 11 inches tall, around 130 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.
Police said Durso has a medical condition which is a cause of immediate concern since there are no known underlying circumstances for her disappearance.
