Southington Voters Alert

A number of Southington voters have come together to oppose a propostion that will be on the ballot in November.

Proposal 3 permits the City to borrow over 7.4 million dollars and to use the money to replace the Gura Building downtown.

The thinking of the local voters is that this is not the season to borrow money.
We believe that it would be more reasonable to make repairs as necessary
and continue to use the old Gura building.

Volunteers have been passing out information brochures at local
Walmarts and Stop n Shops.
